R.Y.L FactorY is free for registered R.Y.L FactorY users to access the Forum.
In order to keep these forum enjoyable and interesting for all of our users, we ask simply that you follow these minimal rules.
- Any posts deemed to be self promotion, advertising, or spam can and will be removed. NO SPAM - NO ADVERTISING . However you can contact with GM to get the permission to publish such a post.
- Respect the netiquette: Lurk and get to know the forum before you post. Users consistently abusing this will be punished.
- You are not allowed to publish post that:
- exhort members to commit a crime, are incompatible with social life, call to any form of racism (religious, ethnic etc.)
- insult, defame or is abusive, or that is otherwise inappropriate
- contain information copyrighted or owned by any individual or entity other than the person posting without the consent of the owner, promote using illegal software
- contain viruses and other destructive stuff.
Breaking rule #3 results in suspending the account with immediate effect for 5 days, and 10 days if it's a second violation.
- Choose an appropriate subject line. Try to summarise the problem briefly in the subject, and elaborate in the message itself
- Topics should be written in a clearly way and should provide detailed descritpion.
- Members should not place a topic that already has been posted. It's user's duty to check if one exists. Repeated topics will be removed.
- Members should check spelling and post in a way which is consistent with "normal writing". That is users should not post excessive numbers of emoticons, large, small or coloured text, etc. Users consistently abusing this will be warned.
- Do not write two posts one by one (double post). Use option Edit otherwise you'll get a warning
- Please keep your comments consistent with the subject and purpose of the conversation thread. Off-topic will not be tolerated, such posts will be deleted and author will be punished.
- You are strictly forbidden to post correspondence in any form (PM, email, any messanger) without the consent of the both sides.
- In cleaning affairs the last word belongs to GM. Any doubts please arrange directly with GM via PM (private message). Protests with cause for complaint (with reference to the broken rule) to administration.
- Signature can have max. 7 lines (font size < 10 pkt.). The size limits for signature graphics is no more then 7 lines, including text. Signatures that do not meet the requirements will be removed.
- Users remain solely responsible for the content of their messages.
- You alone are responsible for placing statements and materials that violate the forum rules.
- R.Y.L FactorY reserves the right to reveal any information possessed about a user only to entitled bodies if there is a legal proceedings against him in connetcion with his activity on this forum.
- R.Y.L FactorY reserves the right to ban anyone who wilfully violates the forum rules.
- We (R.Y.L FactorY) make commitment to do our best to assure that forum works correctly and to come to the aid of members.
- R.Y.L FactorY reserves the right to suspend forum activity without announcing reasons
- R.Y.L FactorY reserves the right to modify these rules. Every change of any rule come into live at the momment of publishing on website.
- Dispute affairs not covered by these rules are arbitrated by R.Y.L FactorY's GMs.
